The cost of the charter service is tailored individually for each trip
The price of the bus service is based on factors such as rental time, distance, and number of passengers. You can calculate the bus rental price by entering the route, dates, and passenger count in the quote request form below. A quote will be sent to you by email promptly. The quoted price is based on a one-way or round-trip service by default. If you have additional requests, please describe them in the allocated field. Additional requests may include using the bus at the destination, large luggage amounts, flexible return times, or bus amenities. Additional charges may apply for certain requests.

Booking a bus through our service is easy. We coordinate the bus trips for you from start to finish. Have special travel needs? Our customer service is here to help! Just send your travel plan via the form, and we’ll prepare a tailored offer to fit your needs.
Our booking process consists of three simple steps:
- Planning your trip is easy: Just enter the route, date, and number of passengers in the form. 90% of our customers get their quote within 3 hours of submitting the request.
- Confirm your bus booking: If the quote works for you, just reply to the email to confirm. We’ll handle the bus reservation from there.
- Pay by invoice: Payment for charter services is usually due within 10 days of the bus trip. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, it’s free of charge up to 14 days before the departure date.
