Charter services
The leading booking platform for charter buses in Finland.
Tour buses, also known as long-distance buses, are the most commonly used vehicles for charter services. With soundproofed cabins and soft, adjustable seats, your journey will be as relaxing as it is scenic. All tour buses come with essential amenities like a restroom, air conditioning, microphones, seat belts, and plenty of luggage space.
Whether you need a smaller 30-seat bus or a larger 60-65 seat single-decker, we’ve got you covered. We even have a few double-decker buses available in Helsinki, Turku, Oulu, and Tampere, offering space for up to 80 passengers!
Our charter buses are equipped with soft, seat-belted seats that can be slightly reclined for ultimate comfort. Perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable ride.
Some tour buses feature table sets, perfect for enjoying snacks or getting some work done while traveling. Table sets are occasionally requested on charter trips.
For longer charter trips, extra luggage space is often needed. Ski trips in the winter and golf trips in the summer usually demand exceptionally large storage areas. Please remember to mention separately if you need particularly large luggage compartments
Need transportation for a small group? Minibuses are the perfect, affordable option for charter services! Minibuses can go just about anywhere a car can and seat between 14 and 19 passengers. Just keep in mind that luggage space is limited. Some models feature extra luggage space under the passengers’ floor, but not all. If you’re bringing ski or hockey equipment, don’t forget to mention it when booking.
Minibuses tend to be more budget-friendly than larger tourist buses. The bigger the bus, the higher the cost, but with larger buses, the cost per person usually ends up being surprisingly low.
Minibuses tend to have a shorter lifespan in charter service than larger tourist buses. So when you book a minibus, you’re more likely to get a newer vehicle. Of course, this can vary.
If you’re looking for premium or minister-class vehicles, our customer service can help you check availability
Minibuses do not have a restroom on board. We plan extra stops on charter trips whenever needed, and it’s always more comfortable to use the restroom at a service station than on the bus.
For elderly passengers, minibuses are often more comfortable than high tourist buses. It’s easier and safer to board a lower minibus when mobility becomes more difficult.
Accessible buses are a separate category, but for example, minibuses are an excellent choice for senior groups.
City buses are a common sight throughout Finland, perfect for regular routes. But did you know they can also be used for charter services?
Low-floor buses with standing room and large capacity are ideal for moving large groups on short distances. They’re perfect for trade fair transportation or shuttle services for large student events. City buses for charter services are available depending on the case. Contact our customer service to inquire about booking a city bus for your next event.
Taxis generally don’t need much introduction. Standard taxis typically accommodate up to 4 passengers, with 3 being a comfortable fit. For larger vehicles, such as minivans, they can fit a maximum of 8 passengers, with 6 being a comfortable number.
Chartering taxis for short trips works well, though this is relatively rare. More commonly, businesses reserve premium taxi services through us for airport pickups and transfers throughout the day for their clients.
Booking a bus through our service is easy. We coordinate the bus trips for you from start to finish
